Commenting on GMP Equalisation Working Group’s “Guidance Note on GMP Conversion”, Matt Davis, Head of GMP Equalisation, says:

The guidance sets out practical examples based on approaches developed for some conversion projects for early adopters.

“A range of equalisation approaches will be used across the industry depending on scheme circumstances and objectives. We anticipate that GMP conversion will be suitable for a significant proportion of schemes and this guidance will help schemes navigate a suitable path through these projects.”
