Our innovation hub, The Incubator, is made up of a team of 12 very smart individuals who are buzzing with new ideas. Their broad mix of backgrounds including UX designers, actuaries, marketing professionals and proposition developers creates a unique environment that nurtures creativity, ideas and innovation.
The Incubator anticipates the changing needs of our clients and looks at new ways we can improve the lifetime savings market. The team identifies opportunities, assesses them, then develops, researches and tests different products and services to help make the financial sector even better.
We have a team dedicated to building and testing digital prototypes – we call them the Digital Demonstrators. They create digital tools and apps that test ideas and showcase our digital capabilities. These digital tools allow our consultants to show our clients the type of tools we can create and build – they support our propositions and bring our APIs to life. Over the past year we’ve built 6 tools including our TPR segment identifier tool and our postcode longevity tool.
