Our theme, Creating a legacy, built on last year’s conference conversation. This year, we moved the discussion on and put the spotlight on readiness: how trustees, employers, providers and policymakers can respond to the changes already underway and turn ambition into action.

Throughout our packed agenda, we explored how we can advance our thinking, solve complex challenges and create an environment where pensions can thrive for decades to come, with better outcomes for members at the heart of it.
