Voice of Client is one part of how we listen.
Alongside it, our Guardian Partner programme sees an independent, senior partner carry out client reviews to gather direct feedback on our performance and the quality of our service. We also listen to ongoing informal feedback throughout our relationships, and seek structured feedback at the end of projects to understand what worked well and where we can improve.
Together, these channels help us hold ourselves to a high standard and act quickly on what we hear.
