Paul joined Hymans Robertson in 2005 and specialises in advising corporate clients on a wide range of issues relating to benefits strategy and design.
In particular Paul is responsible for designing and communicating engaging benefits programmes including flex, total reward, share plans and wealth accumulation schemes for FTSE 350 organisations. Paul led the establishment of our Guided Outcomes proposition in 2013 and works closely with large DC clients to transform member outcomes through GO.
In addition, Paul works closely with the communications agency like minds who are part of a joint venture with Hymans Robertson to provide creative communications from a market leading boutique agency, backed up by the technical expertise of a tier one pensions consultancy firm.
