James is particularly passionate about tackling inequities in the pensions system and plays an active role in industry policy debates, championing bold but practical reforms to improve retirement prospects for all workers.

When he isn’t deep in pensions policy or helping his clients, James can usually be found chasing down good food or good live music across London, often on the same night.
