Thanks to all of you who responded to our Voice of Client (VoC) survey in September. Based on your responses, we are very pleased to announce we have had another great response rate, giving us a Net Promoter Score of 62.34. 

We want to extend a huge thank you to all of our clients for responding. We're also very pleased to confirm that your responses have helped raise £1,195, split equally between Barnardo’s, SportInspired and Princes Trust, at a time when we know they all appreciate as much funding as they can get.
