Overview
Steve is a Partner and HR Director on our Management Board.
He is accountable for developing and delivering our people strategy, ensuring it underpins our business success. Steve leads the Human Resources team working with them to ensure Hymans Robertson remains an employer of choice, attracting and retaining the right people to excel for our clients. His 25 years of HR experience has covered all areas such as reward and benefits, employee engagement, wellbeing, employment law, policy development, technology, recruitment and change management.
Prior to joining the firm his experience covered technology start-ups, banking and outsourcing with the first part of his career spent as a Management Consultant.
Outside of work Steve enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife and daughter at home in Kent.
