Natalie joined Hymans Robertson in August 2023 and returned from maternity leave in October 2025 to continue her role as Strategic Relationship Executive. Natalie focuses on building and strengthening relationships with the professional trustee market and other key industry stakeholders. Drawing on her collaborative approach and expertise in relationship management, sales and marketing, Natalie ensures partnerships deliver value and support the firm’s long-term objectives.
Natalie leads the PIT Group and plays a key role in team projects, including budgeting and strategic initiatives. She is also responsible for training Hymans people on the importance of building trusted relationships and developing networking skills for future success, as well as organising and hosting key industry events that foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
She enjoys connecting with a wide range of professionals across the industry and implementing processes that enhance collaboration and improve outcomes.
