Overview
Melissa joined Hymans Robertson as a Senior Pensions Administrator in 2017, working in a projects team that covered DB and DC pension scheme administration, then on to a more specialised role as a DC Administration Consultant Analyst.
As the needs and expectations of pension scheme members have changed, Melissa moved into a Senior Analyst role and has played an active part in the development, testing and implementation of our member web services.
Melissa works closely with our in house development team, the wider business and clients to help evolve the proposition along with assisting the continuous improvement of the TPA administration system processes.
