Overview
Lauren heads up our CDC proposition. She works with a number of DC master trust providers to develop guided retirement solutions, and is supporting a whole-of-life CDC scheme through its design and authorisation journey. She plays a key role in shaping our thinking and contributing to industry thought leadership.
Lauren’s background is in DB pensions, and she is a DB scheme actuary. She has extensive experience advising trustees on complex funding challenges and delivering major projects such as GMP equalisation and scheme wind-ups. She is also one of Hymans Roberton’s leading specialists on the DB Funding Code, and continues to work closely with a number of DB schemes alongside her CDC role.
Known for making complex topics accessible, Lauren combines strong technical expertise with clear communication and a practical, solutions-focused approach. She builds trusted relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and helping them navigate difficult decisions with confidence. Her contribution to the pensions industry was recognised at the 2025 Women in Pensions Awards, where she won the Young Achiever of the Year award.
Outside work, Lauren enjoys travelling and is steadily working her way through a long list of destinations she hopes to visit.
