Jo has been part of the firm for more than a decade. She first joined in 2010, supporting the actuarial team in secretarial and PA roles until 2016. She returned in 2022 to support the strategic relationship team and soon became a key part of our external engagement work.
As a strategic relationship coordinator, Jo supports our work with Independent Trustees and others across the industry. She helps coordinate relationship activity, supports strategic projects, and plays an active role in planning and delivering high‑quality events. Her work helps ensure clear, consistent engagement across the firm.
Jo is known for her strong organisation skills and proactive, collaborative approach. Her role spans project and team support, governance and compliance logging, internal communications as well as effective use of our systems and data. She works closely with colleagues across Marketing, our systems teams, relationship leads and the wider Pensions Market teams to support good communication and information sharing.
She also helps coordinate firm‑wide activity in our London office, including events and conferences. Jo is an active member of the Helping Hands team, supporting charitable initiatives such as our annual pyjama collection for the Children’s Hospital Pyjamas charity.
