Emma Garrett is an Investment Consultant and actuary with over a decade of experience advising pension schemes on investment strategy and implementation.

Emma works with a diverse range of clients, from large, sophisticated defined benefit schemes to smaller, low governance schemes, as well as across the LGPS. Emma has supported clients throughout their journey, from navigating early-stage funding challenges right through to buy-in and endgame planning.  Alongside advisory work, Emma is also a Service Innovation Lead, shaping digital strategy within investment consulting and driving improvements in the way services are delivered to clients now and for the future. This includes a strong focus on how technology and data can enhance decision-making, increase efficiency and deliver better long-term outcomes.
