Con is a Consultant in our LGPS Governance, Administration and Projects (GAP) team and joined Hymans in 2024 with 17 years’ experience of working in the LGPS.
Prior to joining Hymans, Con worked in a range of roles in the LGPS, including within the civil service, at the Local Government Association and at the London Pension Fund Authority. In his six years as a Senior Policy Adviser at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Con led on LGPS reform relating to scheme governance and administration, including on the government’s remedy to the ‘McCloud’ discrimination within the scheme.
Con supports clients on a range of governance and administration issues and outside of work is a busy dad to two lively boys.
