Shabna leads our DC provider research team and advises clients on their DC pension arrangements. She specialises on master trust selection projects, provider reviews, benefit change exercises and scheme design changes.  

She is a Senior DC Consultant with the breadth of experience and in-depth knowledge of providers’ propositions which has led to the successful transition of many schemes to a DC master trust.

Shabna joined Hymans Robertson in 2006, she then qualified as an Actuary and has since built up extensive experience in both DB and DC pension arrangements.  She is also part of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion group at Hymans Robertson, where she applies and promotes diversity initiatives around ethnic minority groups.
