Malcolm is an actuary and Chair of the Association of Consulting Actuaries Public Sector Outsourcing Committee.
Malcolm has over 20 years’ experience advising a wide range of organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors on the pension issues that arise in outsourcing and privatisation and in reorganisations within the public sector.
