Ailsa is a Partner and Business Manager in Insurance & Financial Services, responsible for overseeing all significant projects and innovations across our business.
She is an Actuary with over 10 years of experience in the life and financial services industry, especially in the areas of new structures and products, with significant expertise in the bulk market. Previously, she worked internationally with Ernst & Young.
She is also a member of the Actuarial Professions pensions and long term care working party.
