The UK Government's much-awaited response to the feedback on its 'LGPS: Fit for the future' consultation was published today, on 29 May 2025.
In its response, the Government confirmed its planned route for the range of proposals from last November, covering pooling, local investment and governance. We now await legislation and guidance to provide greater detail.
