Our 2025 Impact Report

We're pleased to share our 2025 Impact Report. It’s a snapshot of the positive difference we've worked hard to make for our clients, our markets, the communities we’re part of, our people and the planet.

As a certified B Corp, we believe that business can and should be a force for good. Over the past year, we’ve deepened our support for clients' Responsible Investment priorities, were reinstated as signatories to the UK Stewardship Code and continued to advocate and work towards positive change in our sector. We've supported over 2,800 young people through the Hymans Robertson Foundation and recorded over 2,720 hours of volunteering. We’ve also made strong progress on our environmental goals, reducing core emissions and finalising our Science Based Targets Carbon Reduction Plan including a net-zero target.

Behind it all is the collective energy and commitment of our people. From challenging pensions policy to rolling up our sleeves in local communities, our people continue to lead with purpose and ambition. We're empowered and enabled by our independence and partnership governance model, the foundations of our long-term success. The way we're built helps us to make decisions that prioritise client needs, people and purpose - without compromise.
