As the risk of retirement inadequacy grows, we’re launching a three-year project to help companies prepare for the future of workplace pensions.

Our video on retirement adequacy highlights the key drivers behind today’s challenges and why this should be on every company’s radar. Our new publication, Falling into a retirement adequacy crisis, explores the scale of the issue. It’s the first in a series that will lead to practical steps to help reverse the current trend.

We believe the future of pension adequacy comes down to two things:

  • future generations will face worse retirement outcomes, with lower expected income and a greater need for income to be paid over longer retirements
  • inequality in retirement outcomes is growing, with many people at risk of falling below a minimum standard of living

We believe companies must be at the heart of the solution.

We want a future where more people enjoy better retirement outcomes. Companies can lead this change. With the right tools and strategies, they can help reverse the trend and support a better quality of life for the UK workforce in retirement.

If you would like to explore how we can help improve retirement outcomes for your employees, get in touch with us today.
