Tim manages the Third Party Administration services provided from our London office, overseeing service delivery for 15 clients. His experience spans 20 years within the industry and includes in-house pension administration, Local Government pensions and change management. His experience of service delivery has enabled him to install new clients efficiently to ensure optimum service and member experience.

Tim leads our business improvement team, focusing on process improvements and efficiencies for our administration offering. He is PMI qualified in Pension Scheme Member Guidance.
