Karen is a partner in our Incubator team who focuses on developing new products and services for the wealth and workplace markets. She has a keen interest in leveraging new techniques, data sources and digital tools to drive automation and insights, empowering businesses to enhance their commercial success alongside improving the financial wellbeing and lifetime goals of their customers and employees.

Karen’s background is in finance with 30 years’ experience in a variety of leadership and entrepreneurial roles and leading our finance team since 2010, before making the jump to the world of innovation in 2019. She is also on the board of our Club Vita longevity data analytics business which operates in the UK, Canada and more recently the US, and is an independent trustee and board member with the charity Money Advice Scotland.
