To celebrate International Women’s Day, we’re sharing stories and experiences from some of our inspirational female colleagues. Whether they’ve restarted their careers after an extended break, suceeded in a typically underrepresetented industry, or reached a milestone in their careers – they’re all achievements to celebrate and inspire.  

Diversity Equity & Inclusion

We continue to work hard to improve gender equity in our workplace through mentoring, flexible working practices and support for those returning from maternity or shared maternity leave. While there’s still a lot of work to be done to have true gender equity, we’re proud to be making good progress, with women now representing 51% of our organisation.
