In our latest protection report, we take a step back and look at an overall review of the protection market.
This year, we focus on identifying where products, services and distribution are evolving at each stage of the product lifecycle, noting as you would expect, where the turbulence caused by the pandemic has made an impact. We conducted a consumer survey which looked at how customers view our industry from which we learnt that, as a result of the pandemic, 39% of those surveyed are more likely to purchase a protection product.
