Laura is an expert Programme Manager, having worked on a significant number of high profile exercises for our clients. She is also the Project Management team’s Operational Lead and has played a significant part in shaping the continued growth of the specialist project management team over the last 11 years. Laura works closely with many of our clients, taking overall responsibility for the management and delivery of many large scale, complex client implementation and organisational change programmes of all shapes and sizes. She has been responsible for exercises such as large-scale transitions, pay and reward, benefits redesign and service improvement programmes.
Currently, Laura has overall responsibility for the largest transition of administration services to Hymans Robertson impacting c.35,000 members. Prior to that, she worked on secondment for four days a week with a large UK retailer and took responsibility for the successful implementation of changes to both Pay & Pensions impacting c.70,000 employees. Laura is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner.
