Introducing our 2019 Gender Pay Gap report

We are pleased to publish the firm’s second annual gender pay gap report this month. We are fully committed to addressing the imbalance in gender representation in our firm - and the accompanying gender pay gap.
We have made good progress in recent years and our report highlights the range of progressive steps we are taking to achieve this goal. Disappointingly however, our headline gender pay gap has risen marginally this year - although the bonus gap has moved in the opposite direction. We know the structural change required to meaningfully move our position will take some time and will continue to work to ensure that happens as quickly as possible.
