The future of DB pensions
25 May 2017 - ETC Venues, 8 Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1AE - 14:00 to 17:30
The turbulent events of last year have raised questions about the security and sustainability of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes. Against a backdrop of continued economic and political uncertainty, how can the pensions industry make schemes more resilient? The Department for Work and Pensions DB Green Paper seeks to answer that.
Join us on 25 May as we turn our attention away from the past, and focus on how we can ensure a better future for DB. We will provide an overview of the issues raised throughout the consultation and how this might affect the future running of DB schemes.
We're delighted to have Lesley Titcomb, Chief Executive of the Pensions Regulator, join us to discuss what's next for DB pensions. With consultation responses due on 14 May, now is the time to come together and ensure the future of DB is not left to chance.
