New Operations Leader for Third Party Administration at Hymans Robertson

Hymans Robertson, the leading pensions and financial services consultancy, has appointed Shirley Brown to be Operations Leader of its third-party administration (TPA) practice.

Shirley has 35 years’ experience in the industry, having been involved in aspects of operations.  She has been involved in relationship management as well as change and project management. Her main focus has been on continuous improvement and building collaborative teams to provide quality service to clients.

Shirley worked in consultancy at PWC and then moved into business processing outsourcing and spent approximately 15 years with Buck Consultants in various roles.  Most recently she was an administration consultant at Barnett Waddingham, supporting new business and other initiatives such as setting up a new PPF team ad assisting a large client through their new pension software provider selection process.

Commenting on her appointment, Gary Evans, Head of TPA, at Hymans Robertson says:
