Covid-19 Safety Measures
We are looking forward to welcoming you back for face-to-face events and are committed to doing so in a Covid-safe manner. In addition to the Kimpton hotel's IHG® Clean Promise, we will have our own Covid-safety measures in place to ensure we put the wellbeing of our delegates first.
- We kindly ask that all attendees take a lateral flow test before attending. We can play a part in keeping each other safe and minimising the risks from Covid-19. You can order lateral flow tests online or pick them up at your local pharmacy.
- We also request that you do not attend if you have tested positive for Covid-19, been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive and you have not since tested negative, and/or feeling unwell or exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms. To read the main symptoms of Covid-19 please click here.
- Please wear a face mask inside the venue in line with Scottish government's guidelines.
- There will be a QR code upon arrival for NHS Track & Trace purposes, although this is optional.
- There will be hand sanitiser on arrival and at various points around the venue.
- Capacity at the event will be limited to allow for sufficient room both when seated and moving around the venue. We kindly ask you socially distance where possible and respect each other’s personal space.
- Delegates should follow government guidelines at all times and we are also keeping track in case they change.
