This is Hymans Robertson LLP's response to the consultation paper and draft Regulations published by the Department for Work and Pensions on 17 September 2009.
On 30 September 2009, the Board of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) published a consultation document which sets out the basis on which the Board intends to charge the PPF levy for the 2010/11 levy year.
