Client Relationship Management Assistant 

Location: London 
Term: Contract 

 

Hymans Robertson is seeking to recruit an experienced candidate with strong organisation and communication skills to provide administrative support to the Clients and Marketing Director in all areas of client management. This role will provide maternity cover on a on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 12 months.

  Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Arrange, minute and monitor the Client Director Review programme. 
  • Organise the bi-monthly Client Group meetings, agree the agenda; distribute papers; minute meetings and report on actions.
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of activity for the Client Group.
  • Set up and maintain Client Director, Client Liaison Manager and Client Co-ordinator files within our CRM system.
  • Organise training and prepare training material for the Client Co-ordinators, Client Liaison Managers and Client Directors as and when required.
  • Involvement in the Firm’s Guardian Partner (GP) programme. This includes recording GP client allocations; keeping a record of client file notes and actioning any special projects.
  • Act as main administrator for the Firm’s client database, SalesLogix.
  • Liaise with the various stakeholders to agree and disseminate decisions regarding the use of SalesLogix.
  • Co-ordinate a Steering Group that identifies and implements strategies that maximise the adoption of SalesLogix.
  • Ensure SalesLogix is appropriately set up and data clean enough to use as a tool for new business and marketing activity.
  • Produce regular reports to the Partner Board and Executive Management Team highlighting clients at risk, liaising with the Finance department for income information.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the roll-out of the Client Perception Surveys within agreed timeframe and budget.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated in the ability to consult successfully at every level throughout the Firm and interact professionally with clients.
  • Exceptional time management, organisation and prioritisation skills in order to successfully meet deadlines and control own workload.
  • Team player with motivational, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when required to do so.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy and initiative with a good command of grammar.
  • Exceptionally adept at learning new systems. 

   Experience:

  • Relevant experience in the provision of administrative support to senior level management, including working on behalf of senior management.
  • Commercial awareness of the market and of the aims, goals and objectives of Marketing; Client Relationship Management and / or New Business Development function and the Firm.
  • Understanding of Best Practice in the work environment.

 Qualifications:

  • Be educated to A-level / Scottish Higher or equivalent level or with relevant equivalent experience.
