The development of new actuarial trainees is our absolute priority and we invest heavily in the people we select. We are committed to help you achieve professional qualification within the time frame you set for yourself.  As well as meeting the costs associated with your exams and study, we will also pay for your membership of either the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries.  We also provide you with generous study leave as well as a personal mentor to provide advice, guidance and support.
