All employees have the opportunity to discuss their development at annual career reviews and are able to take advantage of the many excellent development programmes we provide. These include professional qualifications, external courses, in-house development programmes and one-to-one coaching within the firm.

A number of our employees study for and achieve a wide spectrum of professional qualifications, which have included actuarial and pensions management examinations, IT, chartered finance and accounting qualification, investment management and MBAs.
